Susan’s first business, So Organized, was launched in 2004. As a Certified Professional Organizer she assisted clients with all aspects of getting organized whether it be in their homes or offices. Have you ever noticed that when your environment becomes chaotic you start to feel chaotic? Or when you are confused or stuck or struggling with a personal issue, your environment reflects a similar chaos? Susan helps clients develop strategies for eliminating the clutter in their lives in order to improve their overall quality of life.
Susan was also frequently asked to assist clients who were struggling to prepare their homes prior to sale. “Staging as a profession was in its infancy 10 or 12 years ago. It was a natural progression for me as an organizer since I was also redesigning my clients’ homes once we got the chaos and clutter under control. The end result is an incredible transformation of space.”
In 2016 “Susan J Bohenko, Organizing-Staging-Redesign” was created. Susan’s commitment to providing outstanding support to her clients along with her passion for creating beautiful spaces is reflected in multiple successful projects throughout the New England area.

Organizing
As a certified professional organizer with over 15 years of experience, I work with clients to create a clutter-free, productive environment. The concept of dashing from one activity to the next, prioritizing based on the next biggest crisis, living in the debris of past interests and half-done projects has become standard operating procedure. Unfortunately, this way of life has its price. The inevitable stress wreaks havoc on our health, mental well-being, our relationships and our ability to fully reach our personal and professional potential. Throughout the process, I support my clients in making those necessary and sometimes difficult behavioral changes that significantly impact their success.
Home Staging
A staged home will often sell quicker and at a higher price than a home that hasn't been staged. Through the initial consultation and follow up staging appointments, the home owner will be given a complete and thorough action plan for highlighting each room's best selling features. My goal is to create the visual impact needed to emotionally connect with your potential buyers to help ensure a quick and successful home sale.
Redesign
If you are looking to update your home and add some style, I also offer redesign consultations. This may include suggestions for paint colors, lighting, furniture placement, and accessorizing. It's often the small touches that make the biggest impact.
